Pigs are smarter than their reputation. They solve puzzles, learn their names, and left to themselves they keep a clean sleeping corner well away from where they eat. Even the mud is not laziness: a pig has almost no sweat glands, so a good wallow is its air conditioning. These pig coloring pages take that clever, round, good-natured animal and put it everywhere it belongs, plus a few places it clearly does not. There are cute piglets with simple outlines for small hands, farm pigs among vegetable beds, fences and mud, pig families, rare breeds, and for adults a whole run of pattern pigs: mandala, zentangle, stained glass, folk art, Art Deco, patchwork and low-poly. Every pig here is an original Papaya Ink drawing, so nothing is borrowed from a cartoon or a storybook.
Every sheet is black-and-white line art with clean margins. Click any picture and the PDF opens in a new tab, ready to print on US Letter; it fits A4 just as well with no scaling. The button above the grid collects the whole set into one PDF book, handy for a classroom, a waiting room or a long car ride. Print on plain paper for crayons and markers, or on heavier cardstock if you plan to use watercolor.
One tip before you start: pink is only the beginning. Real pigs come in Tamworth ginger, Berkshire black with white points, spotted Gloucestershire Old Spot and belted Hampshire, and a pattern pig can be any color you like. Whatever you choose, keep the snout and the inside of the ears a shade warmer than the body, leave a small white highlight on the nose, and color mud in two layers, gray first and brown on top, so it looks wet rather than flat.

Fun Things to Make with These Coloring Pages
- Savings jar – color a pig, cut it out and glue it to the lid of a clean jar with a slot cut in the top. A homemade piggy bank, and the pig on the lid is the one you colored.
- Shoebox farm – color and cut out several pigs, fold a tab at the bottom of each so they stand, and set them in a shoebox with shredded paper straw and a fence made of craft sticks.
- Stick puppets – glue finished pigs to craft sticks and build houses of straw, twigs and brick-patterned paper for a tabletop retelling of the Three Little Pigs.
- Crayon-resist mud – color the pig in crayon, pressing hard, then brush thin brown watercolor over the whole bottom of the page. The paint slides off the wax and the pig stays clean in the middle of the mud.
- Bookmark – trim a pig down to a tall strip, cover both sides with clear packing tape, punch a hole at the top and tie on a short tassel of yarn.
- Greeting card – fold a sheet of cardstock in half, glue a trimmed pig to the front and write "hogs and kisses" inside. It works for birthdays, Valentine's Day and get-well cards alike.
- Classroom barn wall – each student colors one pig; cut them out and arrange them inside a big red barn drawn on butcher paper, with names written on the stall doors.
- Sticker sheet – print on full-sheet sticker paper, color with markers rather than pencils, and cut around each pig with a little white border. Good for lunch boxes and notebooks.
