Christmas Coloring Pages — Free Printable PDFs
Christmas coloring pages are the quiet part of the holidays: the tree is up, the kitchen smells of cinnamon, and there is finally an evening with nothing to do but sit down with a mug of cocoa and a box of pencils. This section gathers our Christmas collections in one place - snowy villages and glowing windows, Santa and his reindeer, gingerbread houses, stockings by the fire, ornaments, wreaths, candy canes and, of course, the animals we cannot stop drawing, bundled up in scarves and mittens for the season. Every page is a free printable PDF, sized for US Letter and fitting A4, ready to print as many times as you need.

About Christmas Coloring Pages — Free Printable PDFs
We drew these pages for grown-ups first. Adult coloring has become one of the most popular ways to slow down in December, and for good reason: it asks for just enough attention to push the to-do list out of your head, and it leaves something pretty on the table when you are done. You will find calm, detailed scenes that reward a slow evening and looser, more open pictures for the nights when you only have half an hour. Kids and grandkids are welcome to the same stack, which is exactly the point - one folder of pages can keep three generations busy at one table while the dinner is in the oven.
Every collection in this section is a themed set built around one holiday idea - a character, a place or a classic Christmas motif - so you can pick the mood you are in rather than dig through a pile. The pages are drawn with clean, confident black lines and generous white space: no muddy gray shading, no tiny areas that are impossible to fill, no watermarks across the picture. Some collections come as classic black-and-white line art. Others use a copy coloring format, where the top half of the sheet shows the scene in full color and the bottom half is the same picture as clean outlines. The color sample works as a gentle guide for anyone who likes a reference for shading fur, knitwear and holiday lights, and it is easy to ignore if you prefer to invent your own palette. If your printer is black-and-white only, the sample will print in shades of gray while the line art comes out perfectly crisp.
Printing is simple. Click any picture and the PDF opens in a new tab; print it at actual size on regular office paper for colored pencils, crayons and most markers, or choose heavier cardstock if you plan to use watercolor, alcohol markers or gel pens that tend to bleed. A brighter white paper makes reds and greens pop; a warm cream paper gives the finished page a vintage, storybook feel. Each collection can also be downloaded as one PDF book, which is the easiest way to print a whole set at once or to keep a holiday coloring stash ready on your tablet.
A few ideas for what to do with the finished pages, because Christmas is the one time of year when a colored sheet rarely stays a sheet. Cut out the characters and glue them to folded cardstock for handmade cards. Punch a hole in a small scene, add a ribbon and hang it on the tree. Fold a page into a gift tag, frame a favorite for the mantel, or string several across a doorway as a paper garland. Teachers use them for the last restless week before the break, offices put a stack by the coffee machine for the holiday party, and families tuck one into each pocket of an advent calendar. Coloring is also a favorite activity in senior centers and hospitals during the holidays - large, friendly pictures with clear lines are easy on the eyes and hands, and they give everyone something warm to talk about.
All Christmas coloring pages here are free for personal use: print them for your home, your classroom, your church group or your holiday table without asking. We keep drawing new collections through the season, so the section grows as the holidays get closer - and if you are looking for a specific character, animal or scene, there is a good chance it is already waiting for you a little further down the page. Pour something warm, pick a picture, and enjoy the slowest, prettiest hour of your December.
