Kittens do everything a cat does, only badly, and that is the whole charm. These kitten coloring pages catch them at it: climbing, napping, chasing, meeting the neighbors. Every kitten here is an original Papaya Ink drawing, and many of them are proper breeds – Maine Coon, Siamese, Ragdoll, Sphynx, Bengal and more – so the fur patterns, ear shapes and eye colors are the real thing, not a generic cat with a bow.
The page comes in two formats. The black-and-white sheets are classic line art, blank and ready. The copy sheets carry a full-color version of the picture on the top half and the same drawing in outline below, with a dotted line between them: color with the sample in view, then cut the page in half and keep the picture. Use the Show me buttons above the gallery to see all sheets, only the black-and-white ones, or only the ones with a color sample. Click any picture and the PDF opens in a new tab, sized for US Letter and fitting A4 without any adjustment. One honest note: on a black-and-white printer the color sample prints as a gray wash, so the copy sheets are best on a color printer.
Kitten fur is the lesson on these pages. Work light and build up: a base of the palest shade, then short strokes in the direction the fur grows, then the darkest tone only in the deepest shadows. Keep the eyes glossy by leaving a white dot of paper in each one, and give every breed its own palette – silver and charcoal for a tabby, warm cream and seal brown for a Siamese, pure white with blue shadows for a Persian. The toys, gardens and rugs around them are where the bright colors go.

Fun Things to Make with These Coloring Pages
- Color the heart-tail kittens and trim the sheet into a folded greeting card for a cat lover's birthday or anniversary.
- Turn the music-box dancer into a bookmark: color it, cut a tall strip around the standing kitten, laminate and add a ribbon tassel.
- Frame the conservatory family and the garden pedestal family as a matching pair of wall prints for a hallway or nursery.
- Color the crescent moon swing on cardstock, cut around the moon and hang it as a mobile piece over a bed.
- Use the crystal cave scene as a test sheet for metallic gel pens and iridescent pencils – the crystals are made for shimmer.
- Print the yarn ball scene on kraft paper and color only the kittens, leaving the yarn in warm brown for a vintage look.
- Cut out the ballroom dancers after coloring and glue them onto a folded card for a wedding or engagement congratulation.
- Bind the full PDF book into a spiral notebook, color one page a week, and keep it as a calm, cat-themed evening ritual.
